New year, new face: Simon Götz is the new Sales Manager at H2O GmbH

Steinen/Germany. "I enjoy the challenge of selling a top premium product in a sometimes difficult market environment", Simon Götz reveals. He has been the new Sales Manager at H2O GmbH since November 1, 2024. The company, based in Steinen, Baden, manufactures and sells industrial wastewater treatment systems under the VACUDEST brand. The 41-year-old is no stranger to the industry – he has 15 years of experience in the field of wastewater treatment and international sales.

Götz is looking forward to his new role with enthusiasm. "The marketing and sales departments have a direct influence on the entire sales process chain. From the design of marketing campaigns, initial customer contact and subsequent project development to the conclusion of the contract. This – combined with leading people of various personalities – makes this position very attractive to me." His goals in 2025 include, among other things, focusing on relevant market fields, strategic internationalization and the step towards larger projects.

The active football and handball player is especially looking forward to getting to know his team, fostering potential, and encouraging them to approach situations with justified confidence. Because "We have a top premium product that provides real value to our customers!".
