Comparison to alternative treatment methods

This example proves the cost efficiency of our VACUDEST vacuum distillation systems. This reference customer treats annually 5,000 m³ mixed industrial wastewater from plating and parts cleaning as well as used cooling lubricant emulsions instead of treating them in a chemical physical treatment system. Formerly the treated water has been disposed of into the public sewer system; however problems regarding legal limits for disposal occured frequently. Today the distillate is recycled to create a zero liquid discharge production. A valuable contribution to improved economic efficiency and higher sustainability.
